- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This bank is horrible!! Tried to cash a check from my Moms estate and they declined. Gave me crappy reason! I think because they spent 1.5 hour trying to sell me a credit card, line of credit, house mortgage and a refinance mortgage. They just kept selling! Just would not stop! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went to close my account with a manager present because I'm leaving the country. She said all good and the manager said your set and she cut my card up in front me and said I can go it's closed. I got hit with charges that shouldn't have gone through I've legit talked to 8 people for 3 months I've filed claims and nothing. This bank sucks it's the worst way to represent yourself a dumb manager and dumb teller. Their customer service sucks! Never once was I rude to any of them even when I could have.
