Beyond the initial consultation with Ted Troutman, the majority of our communications are with legal assistant Alyssa Nelson. Alyssa is phenomenal! She is on the ball about everything. She is extremely thorough, very quick to respond to questions & concerns, and she is to the point while still being compassionate and empathetic.
