  I enjoyed working with Scott. He was professional and kind, honest and to the point. Bankruptcy was a very difficult process and I felt like a failure because I could not keep paying down mounting debt. Scott not only calmed those emotions, he made the process clear to me. He explained the process as we went along, he and his office staff were always polite and very prompt with returning calls on the odd chance that I did not get right through. He was very clear with what I would need to do, the potential of what might come up along the way, and with where we were in the process. He made a very difficult time easier to get through because of his respect and kindness. I have recommended he to others and will continue to do so. I am very appreciative of his time and energy, and of the place I am in today because of his help.

  Scott was amazing. Very knowledgeable on every aspect of my filing, which was not basic at all. I have referred multiple people(even a member of my own family) since my discharge and everyone has had great things to say as well. You can probably find someone out there that will do it for a few less dollars, but if you want your bankruptcy done right, then you should just pay Mr. Hutchinson!
