- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Sat and waited for 20 minutes after telling them we wanted to open a savings and credit card account. 4 tellers helping one customer while another two associates stood and talked with what I assume was family. An older lady who I assume was the manager even stopped by to tell us she would be over to help but after ten minutes of waiting while they chatted we left and went to another branch. Complete fail. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Employees do not receive sufficient training. When this becomes apparent, the manager fails to return phone calls or follow-up. When ordering checks, plan on waiting 3 weeks or more for delivery. The staff is tremendously courteous, however, their hands are tied with little or no support from U.S. Bank.
